There is a director in this center, and the related business of the comprehensive management of the center is concurrently held by a professor, in the related field, from the Graduate Institute of International Politics of National Chung Hsing University.
The Center has also set up an academic advisory advisory committee, and will hire several experts from related fields at home and abroad to serve on it.
