講題摘要：長期以來，人類社會的發展程度，經常以狹隘的經濟指標來衡量。但沒有亮眼的經濟成長還是能成就亮眼的健康成就，並帶動其它面向的發展，包括氣候變遷的應變能力，孟加拉是南亞地區中特別值得關注的有趣案例。
Abstract：For a long time, the degree of human development has often been narrowly defined by economic growth. But without impressive economic performance, Bangladesh has achieved considerable health outcomes, which became a positive driving force for development in other sectors, including the ability to cope with climate change. The experience of Bangladesh deserves attention in the context of South Asia.
