The Graduate Institute of International Politics, National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan, and the Science, Technology and International Relations (STIR) Programme, National Institute of Advanced Studies in India, are jointly organizing an online research workshop on the emerging Geopolitics of the Indian Ocean titled Examining Indian and Chinese influence in the Indian Ocean on November 2, 2022.
Taiwanese researcher Ying Hui Lin attempts to understand the relationship between Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Muslims. The article first looks at Muslims in RSS discourse and their incorporation into the organization and then aims to find out why Muslims join the Sangh. It explores the current increase in Muslims’ participation in the RSS through the lens of individual interests.
