About Taiwan-India Bilateral Workshop
Taiwan-India Bilateral Workshop is an annual bilateral academic conference co-sponsored by the National Science and Technology Council and the Indian Council for Social Science Research. It was held in India for the first time in December 2023. Taiwan hosted the second conference this year and the event is was held at National Chung Hsing University, Taichung on November 28 (Thursday).
The theme of this year’s conference was Digital Governance. It aimed to foster a diverse and comprehensive discussion on the multifacted aspects of digital governance and encouraged participants to contribute insights as well as perspectives on the evolving landscape of digitization. The workshop encompassed a range of key themes, including Digital Governance through Artificial Intelligence , Smart Cities and Digital Infrastructure, Digital Inclusion and Accessibility and Cybersecurity in Digital Governance.
