What happened to India-Nepal Relations?

The author explains the current India-Nepal border issue and the events which led to the current situation. He suggests that to maintain the unique nature of the India-Nepal relations, there is an urgent need on part of New Delhi to start genuine and open mind diplomatic and political engagement with Kathmandu.
